Writing Life, Blog Series and Pinterest

2015 has already been a productive year (and we aren’t in April yet!) for writing projects.

At this point, I have completed 7 short stories (2 stand alone ones which are submitted to contests and the first 5 for my first Clairvoyance Chronicles collection, which I plan to release later this year). I also came up with a new idea for a novel series about vampires. I self-published several titles and went through the revision work on my contracted book Women in Science Fiction Television, which is scheduled for a late 2015 release.

My writing goal for the next months is to complete the 5 remaining short stories for the first Clairvoyance Chronicles Volume. Then I plan to write the first novella in a Science Fiction universe called Chimeras and Dragon Wolves. Further than these, I don’t know yet; but this will keep me busy for a while!

On the blogging front, the year has been interesting as well, with guest posts across several blogs, and more to come. My new monthly feature #SciFi Women Interviews had a great start yesterday with Johnamarie Macias’s interview. I am happy to announce that I have guests confirmed until the October edition, and am awaiting replies from a few possible ones. I am excited with so much enthusiasm and support for this series!

After recently posting about Pinterest, and being able to read many people’ opinions about this platform, I have decided to join. My Pinterest profile is now added to my Contact page. I am getting the hang of it and have 5 boards for now: Writer’s Happy Corner, Writing Projects, Inspiring Women, Quotes, Small and Big Cats. I am not following anyone there yet, so if you are on Pinterest, feel free to add me and/or drop me a comment to tell me who you are there!

Have a great weekend!
